Bootcamp Summary

The goal is to enhance the learning experience needed for the management of difficult intractable head, neck and orofacial pain cases. As part of this mentorship program, we are happy to provide:

• A full day of focused intense clinical experience
• Professor Dr. Samer Narouze will be performing live head and neck procedures
• Average 20 head and neck procedures
• Space is limited to the first 10 registrants with priority to previous workshops attendees

This is an observation only event shadowing Dr. Narouze as he performs live head and neck procedures. No hands-on training. 

This bootcamp offers 8 educational hours towards ABHM Board Exam Requirement.

IMPORTANT:

Western Reserve Hospital requires certain forms along with immunization records to be submitted for approval for this oberservership/shadowing event. Registrants are asked to:

*A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your application.  However, PLEASE NOTE, THE APPROVAL PROCESS MAY TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS.  Participants will not be allowed to attend the bootcamp if the application was not submitted with all required forms and immunization records.

Cancellation Policy

A full meeting registration refund will be issued if a written cancellation note is received more than 60 days prior to the scheduled event. If cancellation is received within 60 days of the scheduled event, a credit will be issued towards a future meeting (valid for one year from workshop date). In the event a program is cancelled or re-scheduled, a full refund will be issued to the registrants. Registrants may elect to transfer the tuition to another program. AIHS will not be responsible for any travel and/or lodging reimbursements. Fees, schedules, and CME credits subject to change without notice. No refund will be issued for membership dues at any time.
